Bitter mother takes 

anger out on children

Woman fosters

confidence in all around her

Employee makes all meetings 

utterly excruciating

Man afraid of failing 

fails to try at anything

Look at the world 

and see only the hate

With time

Unless we grasp onto it

Resentment oozing from our skin

Like sweat

Selfish to prove others wrong

To be right instead of at peace.

Sorrow leaves us

As years pass

Unless we decide

We need to understand

The reason for it

Unless we need to find

That we have caused it in some way

That we can blame someone

For the tears

Let go of time

Release your pain and hate

Forgive

For while you seek the

Answers

That do not exist

The time you have

The Dead

To serve an inane

Inarticulate idea

He pulls a gun

And kills

His soul

The dead are lucky

For we are left with him

The expression

Of our daily yen

For hatred

He won't learn
